Although the carrot juice is bringing an amazing about of heatlhful beta-carotene to this dish, the papayas and oranges are contributing their fair share.
2 medium papayas, peeled, seeded, and diced
1 cup carrot juice
1 cup orange juice
Juice of 2 limes
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
6 tbsp. sugar
1 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
