DESCRIPTION:

Cool, simple, and refreshing. Passion fruit (parcha or maracuyá) is also available in frozen concentrate form.

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar
6 to 8 ounces chilled Champagne
6 to 8 ounces chilled passion fruit juice
Maraschino cherries with stems (optional)

PREPARATION:

Frost the rims of 2 champagne glasses by wetting them and pressing the glasses upside down in a small bowl of sugar. Fill each glass with equal amounts of champagne and passion fruit juice. Garnish each with a maraschino cherry, if desired.
