If you can't find frozen mango puree, make your own. You'll need 1 cup, and you should get that from 1 large mango.
8 oz. frozen mango puree, thawed
1 bottle chilled Champagne or other dry sparkling wine
1. Strain mango puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove fibers.
2. When ready to serve, gently pour Champagne into a large bowl. Mix in mango puree until just combined. Be sure not to beat or whisk mixture. Ladle into cups and serve immediately.
