The Super Bowl is right around the corner and Doreen is back to share the perfect dip recipe for your party!
This classic Salmon Dip is one of those dishes that causes a sensation, even though it is so simple to make.
1 can of pink salmon
1 package of 8oz of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of dry parsley
Salt to taste
- Strain the salmon out of the can and put it into a bowl.
- Remove large bones (smaller ones are so tender you don’t have to remove them) and any skin you see.
- Mix in cream cheese until ingredients are very well combined.
- Add the olive oil, dry parsley and salt to taste and mix it all very well.
Once this dip is ready, plate it in a deep dish and serve with little toasts or crackers so your guests can help themselves. If you want to make it more formal, serve it yourself over the toasts and garnish with a sprinkling of dry parsley. Buen Provecho and remember, la cocina no muerde!
