If you love the fruity, refreshing taste of sangria, try this dessert.
1 1/3 cups red wine
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup sugar
8 cups sliced fresh fruit (any combination of: banana, mango, tangerine, papaya, pineapple, apple, pear, orange)
Lemon and tangerine slices, for garnish
In a small bowl, whisk together wine, orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, and sugar. Place the fruit in a glass bowl. Pour wine mixture over top. Toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Using a slotted spoon, transfer fruit to large glass goblets. Drizzle with some of the marinating juices. Garnish glass rims with lemon and tangerine slices.
