DESCRIPTION:

A refreshing salsa to liven up those tortilla chips. This recipe makes about 2 cups.

INGREDIENTS:

2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup chopped jicama
2 small radishes, minced
1/2 carrot, grated
2 jalapeño chiles, seeded and minced
1/4 cup minced cilantro
2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
