Bren Herrera spent the last few days testing out delicious drink recipes to come up with these five inventive holiday libations. We know, what a tough life, right?

1. Latin Holiday Drinks - 1
Espresso with Chocolate Ganache
1 cup steamed milk
1/2 cup espresso
1 heaping tbsp chocolate ganache
1 tsp. sugar
Combine all ingredients in coffee mug and stir well until ganache has melted. Serve hot.
2. Latin Holiday Drinks - 2
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
3 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup tequila
ground cinnamon for dusting
2 cinnamon sticks for garnish
Ice cubes to chill in a pitcher
In a blender, mix peanut butter, water, sugar, ground cinnamon and tequila. Blend at high speed until smooth and sugar has completely dissolved. Pour into individual martini glasses or tall glasses filled with ice, dusting with remaining ground cinnamon. Garnish with cinnamon stick if desired.

3. Latin Holiday Drinks - 3
White Milky Way
2 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp. milk
2 oz. tequila
ground cinnamon to dust on top
Add all ingredients to martini shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass.
4. Latin Holiday Drinks - 4
Honey (all ingredients above in equal parts)
Orange peel & strawberry slices for garnish
Add ingredients to martini shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with thin strawberry slices or twisted orange peel if desired.
5. Latin Holiday Drinks - 5
Spiced Apple Cider
8 cups apple cider
3 cups fresh squeezed orange juice (reserve the peel of one orange when juicing the oranges)
4 cups tequila
3 cinnamon sticks
1 apple sliced into thin wedges (peel on)
Pour the apple cider and the orange juice into a large pot and mix them together. Add the reserved orange peel, cinnamon sticks, and apple wedges. Place the pot over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a minimum of 30 minutes. Stir in tequila and serve hot.
