
Flanboyant Eats with Bren: 5 Holiday Drinks with a Latin Twist!

Peanut Torito
4-6 Servings
Ingredients:
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
3 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup tequila
ground cinnamon for dusting
2 cinnamon sticks for garnish
Ice cubes to chill in a pitcher
Preparation:
In a blender, mix peanut butter, water, sugar, ground cinnamon and tequila. Blend at high speed until smooth and sugar has completely dissolved. Pour into individual martini glasses or tall glasses filled with ice, dusting with remaining ground cinnamon. Garnish with cinnamon stick if desired.
