Peanut butter and jelly is a go-to sandwich for most people, and why wouldn’t it be? It’s easy to make, and it tastes great! Make sure to use jelly or preserves made from real fruit and that have a lower sugar content to pack more of a health punch. Or for something different, go for peanut butter and honey.
