
Fall is here and that means it's almost time for Halloween and Day of the Dead! But when it comes to spirits, we think they're better in drinks. Here are some wickedly fantastic shots, cocktails and drinks to try:

La Bru-ja-ja-ja
Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1 1/2 ounces Tequila Don Julio Blanco
2 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
2 teaspoons fine sugar
1/2 ounce lime juice
Sugar (to rim glass)
1 lime wedge
Instructions:

Combine Don Julio Blanco, pomegranate juice, fine sugar and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well.
- Rim r glass with sugar.
- Strain ingredients into rocks glass.
- Garnish with lime.

Crisp Harvest Sparkler
Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
3 oz. Gallo Family Vineyards Moscato
2 oz. Sparkling Apple Cider
A dash of Angostura
Instructions:
Combine all in champagne flute.

Hennessy Big Apple
Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1.5 oz Hennessy VS
.5 oz calvados
.25 oz cynar herbal liqueur
1/3rd oz of Agave Nectar
.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 dash fee brothers cherry bitters
.5 oz calvados
.25 oz cynar herbal liqueur
1/3rd oz of Agave Nectar
.5 oz fresh lime juice
2 dashes angostura bitters
1 dash fee brothers cherry bitters
Glassware
Rocks Glass
Garnish
Pear fan
Instructions
1. Add all liquids to a shaker tin with ice and shake until well chilled
2. Strain into Rocks glass with fresh crushed ice
3. Garnish with a pear fan

Hennessy La Ofrenda (The Offering)

Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1.5oz Hennessy V.S
.5 oz Brewed Espresso
.5 oz Agave Nectar
2 oz Almond Milk
2 Dashes of Aztec Mole Bitters
Grated Ibarra Mexican Chocolate
Glassware
Martini Glass
Garnish
Grated Ibarra Mexican Chocolate
Instructions

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice

Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass

Garnish with a fresh grate of Ibarra Chocolate

Hennessy VS Blood Orange Punch
Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1 oz Hennessy V.S
.5 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Blood Orange Juice
.5 oz POM Pomegranate Juice
.25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Old Fashioned Bitters
Splash Chandon Brut
3 Blackberries
2 Lemon Slices
2 Orange Slices
Marigold Flower
Glassware
Stemless Wine Glass
Garnish
Marigold flower
Instructions
1. Combine Hennessy, Grand Marnier, blood orange, pomegranate, lemon juices, bitters and fruit into a shaker with ice
2. Shake vigorously and pour into a stemless wine glass
3. Top with a float of Chandon Brut
4. Garnish with a Marigold flower

Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1.5 oz Hennessy V.S
5 white grapes
5 mint leaves
.25 oz fresh lime juice
Dash of fee brothers lemon bitters (6 drops)
Splash of soda
Glassware

Garnish
3 grapes
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice
2. Shake until well chilled and strain into a rocks glass, and splash of soda
3. Garnish with 3 grapes on a skewer

Goblin’s Blood
Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1 ½ oz. Patron XO Café Coffee Liqueur
½ oz. Cinnamon Schnapps
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a shot glass.

1 oz. Patron XO Café Coffee Liquer
1 oz. Patron silver
½ oz. Espresso

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a shot glass.

Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1 ½ oz. Patron XO Café Coffee Liqueur
1 oz. Irish Whiskey
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a shot glass.

Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1 ½ oz. Patron XO Café Coffee Liqueur
Cola
Instructions:
Combine ingredients over ice and garnish with a lime.

Pumpkin Patch-tini (from Havana Central in NYC)
Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1 ounce Bols pumpkin smash liqueur
½ ounce hazelnut liqueur
½ ounce high proof rum
½ ounce gold rum
2 ounces ice cream base
Pinch of cinnamon sugar
Cinnamon sugar rim
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar.

Blood Orange Habanero Margarita

Ingredients for the margarita:
1 oz. 100% Agave Tequila Reposado
1 oz. house sour mix
1 oz. habanero-blood orange syrup (recipe below)
Wedge of lime for garnish
Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients into a mixing glass, then add ice and shake vigorously.
2. Garnish glass with a rim of store-bought mole negro sauce or ground chiles and a lime wedge.
Ingredients for the blood orange-habanero syrup:
2 pints blood orange juice
1 whole habanero pepper
Instructions:
1. Reduce at medium-high heat until thickened into a syrup.
2. Remove habanero before combining with other cocktail ingredients.

Dracula's Kiss
Ingredients (makes 1 drink):
1 1/2 oz Montelobos
3/4 oz Lillet Rose
3/4 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
1 1/2 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
1 1/2 oz Soda Water
Instructions:
Combine ingredients (except soda water) and shake well. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass prepared with a half salt rim, garnish with a lime wheel.
