Godiva Chocolate Pomegranate Twist
1 1/2 ounces Godiva Chocolate or Chocolate Raspberry Infused Vodka
3/4 ounces pomegranate juice
Combine Godiva Chocolate or Chocolate Raspberry Infused Vodka and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Makes one drink.
Godiva Coco Razzle Tea
1 1/2 ounces Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Infused Vodka
3 ounces iced tea
3 to 4 lemon wedges for garnish
Combine Godiva Chocolate Raspberry Infused Vodka and iced tea in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a highball glass over ice.
Garnish with lemon wedges. Makes one drink.
Toes in the SANDgria
1 bottle of Barefoot Riesling
1 red apple, cut into chunks
1 cup pineapple, cut into chunks
1 12 oz. can of lemon-lime soda
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, except the lemon-lime soda.
Let it sit for at least an hour, covered and refrigerated.
Prior to serving, pour contents into individual wine glasses.
Top with ice and lemon-lime soda (about 1 oz.)
Stir and serve. Serves six.
1 1/2 ounces Zacapa 23 Rum
1 barspoon caster sugar
1/2 ounce lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish
Combine Zacapa 23 Rum, caster sugar, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with lime wedge. Makes on drink.
Zacapa Dark & Stormy
1 1/2 ounces Zacapa Rum 23
3 ounces Ginger Beer
Lime wedge for garnish
Combine Zacapa Rum 23 and Ginger Beer over ice in a Collins Glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge. Makes one drink.
Sunny September Cocktail
1 ½ oz rum
Juice of half a small lime
5 mint leaves
2 oz Cascal Bright Citrus Soda
Tear up the mint and throw into bottom of a mixing glass. Add rum and lime juice and shake hard with ice. Pour in Cascal Bright Citrus Soda and stir gently. Strain into Cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime twist or lemongrass stalk if available.
10oz Blood Orange Infused Vodka
1/6 oz Simple Syrup
½ can of illy issimo Mochaccino
Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, simple syrup, and illy issimo mochaccino and shake hard with ice. Pour into glass and strain the ice. Garnish with a slice of orange.
The Prosecco Smoothie
16 oz chilled Ruffino Prosecco (or similar bubbly)
2 cups plain or fruit-flavored yogurt
4 cups chopped fresh blueberries and strawberries
Fruit or mint for garnish
Combine yogurt and fruit in a blender; process until smooth
Pour mixture into glasses, filling 3/4 full.
Top off with Ruffino Prosecco.
Gently stir to combine. Garnish with mint sprig or fruit slice. Makes 4 drinks.
Sweet White Peach Mint Sangria
1 bottle Woodbridge Sweet White Wine (or similar), chilled
1 bunch fresh mint
2/3 cup Elderflower Liqueur
1.5 cups diced white peaches (about two)
Seltzer Water (to taste)
In a large pitcher combine sliced white peaches, fresh mint and elderflower liqueur. Mix with wooden spoon and add full bottle of chilled Woodbridge Sweet White Wine. Place in refrigerator to let Sangria set for at least 30 minutes, and up to 3 hours as desired.
To serve add seltzer, gently stir and pour in to glasses. Makes 6 drinks.
