Crème de Chocolat

MarieBelle Hot Chocolate is made from single-origin cacao from Colombia.
1/2 cups of MarieBelle Hot Chocolate powder
1 cup boiling water
Whipped cream (optiona)
1. In a heatroof bowl, combine chocolate powder and boiling water. Stir until well melted and smooth. Steam, simmer, or microwave 20 seconds.
2. Spoon into individual ramekins or dessert bowls and chill for 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
