Top Holiday Cocktail: Candy Cane Swirl
Nothing says navidad like plenty of candy canes to pass around! This sweet treat is a fun drink to mix with friends and family who want to satisfy their sweet tooth with an added kick. Raspberry vodka blends beautifully with refreshing peppermint schnapps and grenandine, while also creating a gorgeous crimson hue that resembles a Christmas tree light. With a dash of lemon lime soda to give it some fizz and crushed candy canes, you’ve got one yummy drink that’ll have the neighbors daring to sneak into your home.
1 oz. Raspberry flavored vodka (We used SKYY Infusions Raspberry)
3 oz. Red cranberry juice
0.5 oz. Grenadine
0.5 oz. Peppermint schnapps
Lemon Lime Soda
Rim martini glass with crushed candy cane. Combine raspberry vodka, peppermint schnapps, cranberry juice, and grenadine into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Top with lemon lime soda and garnish with small peppermint candy cane.

Whether you anticipate a “White Christmas” in New York City or a Californian “Endless Summer,” winter gives us an excuse to snuggle with that special someone while drinking a cup of warm hot cocoa. For this season, go for the thick and decadent Cuppa Good Cheer, a mature version of the holiday favorite that features large doses of white and milk chocolate, as well as whipped cream, cherry flavored vodka, and maraschino cherries bursting with sweet syrup. Who doesn’t want that for Christmas?
1.5 oz. Cherry flavored vodka (We used SKYY Infusions Cherry)
0.5 White creme de cacao
4 oz. Extra hot chocolate
1 oz. Half and Half
Combine all ingredients into a mug and top with whipped cream, red sprinkles, and a maraschino cherry.
Top Holiday Cocktail: Mele Kalikimaka Martini
A creative twist on a Bing Crosby classic, the Mele Kalikimaka Martini is ”Hawaii's way to say Merry Christmas to you.” This holiday season we’re going loco for coco, all thanks to the Puerto Rican favorite Coquito. However, if you want to bring a little bit of the Hawaiian tropics to your home (and who doesn’t?), you can simply grab a bottle of pineapple-infused vodka, luscious coconut cream, and all your friends for a scandalous game of limbo. The Mele Kalikimaka Martini adds a personal touch to your typical eggnog and is a surefire way to impress any partygoer.
1.5 oz. Pineapple flavored vodka (We used SKYY Infusions Pineapple)
3 oz. Coquito
Splash of Coconut cream
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. Top with sprinkling of nutmeg and cinnamon and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Top Holiday Cocktail: Hard Rocker Cider
Warm up your holidays with cider, another seasonal favorite that’ll beat the freezing temperatures and keep you feeling cozy. The Hard Rocker Cider is heavenly and inviting, highlighting a delicious mix of crisp apple cider, tart cranberry juice cocktail, and orange-flavored liqueur for a touch of zest. However, no holiday party would be complete without a sudden kick to your spirit, such as tequila. Be warned and don’t indulge too much in Hard Rocker Ciders or you’ll feel as if you’ve been head banging at a metal concert all night!
1 cup Tequila (We used Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila)
4 cups Apple cider
1 cup Cranberry juice cocktail
¼ cup Orange-flavored liqueur
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
In a pot, heat and stir cider, cranberry juice cocktail, and nutmeg on low for two hours. Do not boil. When ready to serve, turn on high for 10 minutes and stir in tequila and liqueur. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Top Holiday Cocktail: ‘Tis the Season Sangria
Gulping down a goblet of tequila, white wine, and orange liqueur may not seem enough to satisfy you, but this thirst quenching drink is overflowing with ripe berries, creating the illusion that you’re relaxing by the Spanish Riviera. Summer 2010 is just around the corner, so why not get a head star?
1 cup Tequila (We used Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila)
1 bottle White wine
½ can Frozen cranberry concentrate
1 cup Raspberries
½ cup Orange juice
¼ cup Lime juice
¼ cup Sugar
¼ cup Orange liqueur
1-2 Lemons cut into thin quarters
Add the white wine, tequila, orange liqueur, cranberry concentrate, orange juice, and lime juice to a large glass pitcher or bowl. Stir in the sugar until dissolved. Place raspberries in a small bowl and mash with spoon. Stir in the mashed raspberries. Refrigerate overnight. Serve over ice.
