Ingredients:

1.5oz Absolut

3oz. unsweetened iced tea

2 grilled lemon halves

.5oz maple syrup

3-4 mint leaves

Instructions:

1. Muddle grilled lemon and mint in the bottom of a Collins glass, add ice and remaining ingredients and lightly stir.

2. Garnish with a mint sprig and grilled lemon wheel.

2 parts Altos Añejo

4 parts Mexican cola

Squeeze of lime

Salt rim

Instructions:

1 ½ oz LunazulTequila

¾ oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur

½ oz fresh pineapple juice

½ oz fresh lime juice

2 oz club soda

Instructions:

1. Shake all ingredients, except soda, together with ice.

2. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.

3. Fill with soda and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

1 part Midori® Melon Liqueur 

1 1/2 parts Sauza® Signature Blue Silver Tequila

2/3 part Fresh Lime Juice

Salt

1. Pour Sauza® tequila, Midori® and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker. 2. Add ice and shake well.

3. Rim a chilled cocktail/tumbler/rocks glass with salt.

The Milagro Blood Orange Margarita

Ingredients:

1 ½ parts Milagro Silver Tequila

¾ part Solerno blood orange liquor

1 part fresh lime juice

¾ part agave nectar

Instructions:

1. Pour all ingredients in a Boston Shaker with ice.

2. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with orange and lime wheels.

Ingredients:

2 oz Patrón Silver

.5 oz Patrón Citrónge Lime

1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice 

.5 oz ginger syrup

Bar spoon jalapeño oil

Dash rosewater

Rose petal sea salt

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill. 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe that has been half-rimmed with rose sea salt, and top with a dash of rose water.

3. Garnish with a rose petal, if available.

Ingredients:

2 oz grapefruit juice

1/2 oz pink peppercorn simple syrup

2 oz Chandon Rosé

1/2 tsp crushed pink peppercorns

2. Add ice and top with the Rosé. Garnish with the crushed pink peppercorns. Serve.

1 cup DeKuyper® Triple Sec Liqueur

2 cups Fresh Lemon Sour

Juice of whole limes

8 cucumber slices

1. Mix all ingredients in an ice-filled pitcher.

2. Serve in margarita glasses rimmed with chili salt and garnished with thin slices of cucumber.

1 can Orange Zevia

1.5 oz tequila

1 orange rind

1 lime

Salt for garnish

Instructions:

1. Coat rim of glass with salt by wetting rim with a clean, damp washcloth and then gently rubbing rim into salt poured into a dish.

2. Pour 1.5 oz tequila (roughly 1 shot), squeeze in half a lime. Add the lime and the orange rind to the glass.

3 . Pour in Zevia Orange soda, leaving room for ice.

4. Mix gently and top with ice. Garnish with another lime wedge (optional).

20. Cinco de Mayo Cocktails: Zuleta Mojito

The Zuela Mojito

Ingredients:

2 oz Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva

1 oz lime juice

2 teaspoons superfine sugar

12 mint leaves and 5 for garnish (8 leaves)

1 oz club soda

1 cup crushed ice 

Instructions:

1. In 10-ounce highball, stir together lime juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add 1/4 cup crushed ice.

2. Rub mint leaves over rim of glass, then tear leaves in half and add to glass.

3. Gently stir for 15 seconds, add mint, rum and the remaining crushed ice and club soda.

4. Gently stir and tuck mint sprigs into top of glass.

21. Cinco de Mayo Cocktails: The Flying Paloma

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva

.5 oz. fresh lime

.5 oz. ginger liqueur

3 oz. grapefruit soda

Pinch salt.

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients, including salt, to a tall glass filled with ice. 

2. Stir briskly and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Ingredients:

1 cup Ice

1 fresh squeezed lime

¼ ounce lime juice

½ ounce orange juice

1 ounce Patron Silver tequila

¼ ounce of agave nectar

½ ounce of Grand Marnier

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, fresh squeezed lime, lime juice, orange juice, Patron Silver tequila and agave nectar; cover, shake and pour in glass. 2.Top it off with Grand Marnier.
