This seasonal margarita uses fresh watermelon for a refreshing, cooled-down version of the classic summertime cocktail. Served at NYC's newest rooftop hotspot, Cantina Rooftop, it's perfect for those super sweaty days when it's so hot that your faja is slipping down and your pants are sticking to the chair.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz. Tromba Blanco Tequila
  • 1 oz. Veev Liquor
  • .5 oz. lime
  • 3 tbs. watermelon
  • .75 oz. agave nectar
  • Hibiscus powder
Preparation

Rim the glass with Hibiscus powder. Muddle the watermelon with the liquid ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. Serve in a coupe glass. Created by Cantina Rooftop's consulting mixologist and tequila expert Jay Silverman.
