Ingredients:
3 ancho or 5 guajillo chiles
2 medium fresh tomatoes, coarsely chopped, or 1 can (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 to 2 sprigs cilantro
Salt
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
