Eating healthy on the go can be tricky! While fast food may not always be the healthiest choice, many popular food chains are offering low-calorie options so you don’t have to totally ruin your diet, even if you’re crunched for time. (Seriously.)
Taco Bell
After getting kind of a bad rap for a menu lacking healthy options, Taco Bell has stepped up their game with their new “cantina” menu with fresher ingredients put together by chef Lorena Garcia. Their new cantina bowl packs a healthy punch with black beans, guacamole, corn, salsa, and cilantro rice. The tasty bowl is available with chicken (560 calories), steak (550 calories), or vegetarian (540 calories).
