POLL: Choose Your Favorite Look of the Week for Project 365!

Fashion designer Denise Focil is officially in summer mode and we’re loving it! Check out what she wore this week as part of Project 365 and vote for your fave look below. Keep coming back every Friday for more!

From left to right, here is the breakdown from Denise for each outfit:

Look 1: Black and White Summer Party
“This post is dedicated to my friend JV who sent me a message asking what to wear to a black and white summer cocktail party (black and white are not exactly summer colors after all). I gave this some thought—I wanted to wear something summery (hence the short dress), sexy, but still cocktail-worthy, and elegant. Shift dresses always work for this! And I love bending the rules a little, so a pair of red heels was the perfect way to bring a little more SUMMER into the outfit!”

Look 2: Red Hot!
“RED. Yes, it is a HOT color right now. I wanted to change up my red shorts today and dress them up, so I wore them with this Chanel- style jacket and a silk cami underneath. A little gold belt and shoes for good measure!”

Jacket- Zara
Silk Cami (underneath)- Vintage

Look 3: Meet the Parents
“This is another request from one of you! You wanted to know what to wear to meet the boyfriend's parents for the first time... this is my take on it.  A flirty, feminine dress (not too sexy, but still fun), and an updated, cute jacket which makes your outfit ‘conservative parent’ friendly. Take the jacket off for a more relaxed look, after you broke the ice!”

Look 4: The Bed Jacket
“Bed jackets have been seen everywhere lately—basically a revised version of a silk robe! I think the trick to wearing a ‘bed jacket’ out is to wear it with denim (shorts or jeans), so you make it obvious you didn't leave home in your PJ's! I love how flowy and fun they are! Seventies glamour!”

Look 5: The Military Jacket
“My favorite military jacket. It's very worn in, it's old and I love it! Military jackets are always in style, as far as I am concerned, but they are actually technically in style right now, so ladies, have no fear! Throw one on top of jeans or a cute sundress and voila— one of the fashion trends accomplished!”
