Fashion News: Gucci's Eco-friendly Shoes & Dress Barn Considers a Name Change

Here's what's going on in the world of fashion:

- Gucci is launching an eco-friendly shoe line, appropriately named "sustainable soles." The line only includes a men's shoe and a women's shoe, thus far, with more styles coming. They'll be available for purchase in June and are part of Gucci's ongoing commitment to the Copenhagen Fashion Summit, the world's most important conference on sustainability and fashion. What can we say? We're suckers for a good cause (oh, and shoes). [Harper's Bazaar UK]

- Dress Barn is considering changing its name. That'll definitely make us stop answering where we got our dress with the answer, "it's vintage." [WWD]

- Georgio Armani isn't leaving Armani just yet. "As long as I'm here, I'm the boss." [Fashionologie]

- H&M is opening a Miami space in Lincoln Road, and celebrated the launch with a pop-up shop. [WWD]

- The CFDA Awards (aka fashion Oscars) happened on Sunday night. Winners List, anyone? [Fashionista]
