While we anxiously await the launch of Nicole Richie's first jewelry collection, House of Harlow 1960, the petite fashionista was recently spotted wearing a few of the items herself, most likely in a clever attempt to hype up their release. Well we're biting, because from the looks of these baubles, Nicole's collection fits right in with her earthy-chic aesthetic that has been such an influence on celebs and real women alike.
Here, she pairs an oversized olive cocktail ring (we've seen a version in regal purple that we l-o-v-e) with a stack of skinny bangles, a wide cuff and some gold rings for the thumb.“I wanted to create a collection that was easy to mix and match; to either wear alone as an everyday piece, or stack on to make more of a statement,” says Nicole. Looks like she's achieved that--do you agree?
Nicole collaborated with jeweler Pascal Mouawad to create the 35-piece collection, which uses a jewel-toned palette and mixed materials like leather, gold-plated metals, silk strings and even peacock feathers. As for the price range, it's a reasonable $50-$250. But we'll have to keep lusting over the collection for a few more weeks, because it's not slated to hit Kitson stores (and shopkitson.com) until early December. Thanks for teasing us, Nicole! We kid...but judging by this sneak preview, we'll definitely have to add some House of Harlow 1960 baubles to our holiday wish list.
