Pretty soon, Kohl's shoppers will be able to look as glamorous as Jennifer Lopez and her hubby, Marc Anthony.
At a press conference held this afternoon at the London Hotel in Los Angeles, the power couple announced that they're partnering with Kohl's department stores to design a new lifestyle collection featuring menswear, womenswear and home decor. The new venture is expected to generate up to $3 billion in additional sales for Kohl’s in its first year alone.
Looking stunning in a white dress, J. Lo told the press the new fashion line is something she really wants to do. "For me, whenever I get involved with something, I get really involved," she said. "Every business that I do get involved with is something that is super-close to my heart."
This isn't Jennifer’s first time foray into the fashion world. In 2001, she launched the luxury sportswear line, Sweetface, which eventually expanded to include jewelry, fragrances and shoes. She also started the high-end line JustSweet, which was known for its cashmere pants and beanie hats. Lopez closed Sweetface in 2009.
