The Narciso Rodriguez Spring 2011 fashion show at Lincoln Center was nothing short of a who's who in the fashion world. Although the guest list may have been high maintenance, the collection had a minimalist air best demonstrated by the long dresses in muted colors Rodriguez sent down the runway. "There were many things that inspired this collection," Rodriguez told Latina.com. "The work of video artist Jennifer Steinkamp, women of great personal style like Carolyn Bessette Kennedy and photos of Kate Moss in the mid 90s."
This versatility is what makes Narciso Rodriguez's clothes so appealing. "I am fortunate to dress many types of women. It could be an executive or her young daughter, an actress or Michelle Obama," Rodriguez says. The timeless designs of the Spring 2011 show are classic and sure to transcend through seasons.
