Fashion Week Spotlight: Custo Barcelona
By Verky Arcos | 09/13/2010 - 15:00 | 1 Comment
Known for bold and bright colors, the Custo Barcelona Spring 2011 collection held true to the designer's aesthetics, while retaining a flirty, feminine feel. The vibe was laid-back, with the models sporting oversize shades, long wavy hair or disheveled bobs and very neutral makeup.
Custo Dalmau took it back to the 70s with a variety of dresses and jackets with fringe accents, feathered tops and a pair of fierce bell bottoms. Neon and pastels were center stage along with the highlight of the show—party-perfect feathered mini skirts. All in all, the collection was a bohemian rhapsody!
