Who Wore It Best? Selena Gomez vs. Megan Fox

Both of these leading ladies have a thing for sparkly skirts! Selena Gomez rocked hers at the Teen Choice Awards in March with a Dolce & Gabbana cropped top and pink heels. Megan Fox, who wore the skirt on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno in February, wore a high-neck top and black (high!) heels. While we're loving the cropped top trend, we also love the way Megan made the skirt the focal point.
