Trend Alert: Chic Chignons

Chignons, or buns, create an incredibly dressed-up effect but are easy to do. They're also verstaile: you can wear the look at the beach or at work as an option to your usual ponytail. And of course, buns are great when you want to look more formal, too...just note how chic our stars look when they wear them on the red carpet! Here’s how to do yours:

SLICK hair back into a middle-to-high ponytail with gel. Don’t leave out any stay hairs unless you are doing the romantic look.

WRAP tail around elastic. Another option is to twist ponytail into a bun, then use elastic to keep it in place.

SECURE with bobby pins.

USE a finishing spray to keep the look sleek.
