Want to watch Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes tie the knot? Well then, you’re in luck!
According to the new issue of Us Weekly, the Cuban actor and his fiancé singer are in negotiations to star in a reality series about their upcoming nuptials. "The deal is nearly done," an insider tells the magazine, which is on newsstands now.
Cibrian, best known for his role as Russell Varon on Invasion, met Rimes when the two played lovers in the hit Lifetime original movie Northern Lights. After having an affair that that ended his marriage to Brandi Glanville (mother of his sons, Mason and Jake), and LeAnn's marriage to Dean Sheremet in the spring of 2009, the couple publically aknowledged their relationship a few months later in August. They announced their engagement in December. They plan to wed at a private Montana estate this spring.
When Eddie’s ex Brandi heard the news of the rumored reality series, she told Us Weekly she thinks it’s a good idea. "I hope they do a show," she said. "He needs a job.”
UPDATE: It looks like Brandi is the only one excited about the gig. LeAnn took to her Twitter page to deny the rumors. "I don't know how many times I have to say Eddie and I would never do a reality show about our lives," the singer Tweeted Wednesday. Her reps also told PEOPLE, "There has never been, nor are there, plans for LeAnn and Eddie to do a reality show."
