WATCH: Selena Gomez Spreads Some Love on 'Good Morning America'

Exactly one week after she checked into the hospital for nausea, exhaustion and malnutrition, a very healthy-looking Selena Gomez performed her hit single,  "Love You Like A Love Song," today on Good Morning America.

The new song, a track off Selenita's upcoming third studio album, When The Sun Goes Down, is in keeping with the 18-year-old singer's penchant for writing and performing songs about love. Maybe that's because Selenita is in love with a certain 17-year-old Canadian? We're glad you're feeling better Selena, and may we just say, you look amazing!
