WATCH: Javier Colon’s Top 5 Moments on 'The Voice'

The Voice winner Javier Colon has given some of the most memorable and exciting performances on this season of NBC's new singing competition show, so we can't say we were that shocked that he took home the big prize! He's always been our favorite to win. Here are his five most riveting moments of the season.

#1: One of Javier's best performances of the season was his very first blind audition. The Connecticut native wowed the judges and gave us goosebumps with his beautiful rendition of the Cyndi Lauper classic, "Time After Time," and the gorgeous runs in his voice had us running to the phone to place our votes for him!

#2: Javier Colon showed America that he's a well-rounded musician by incorporating the piano into his performance of Sarah McLachlan's "Angel." Like a true artist, Javier made tweaks to the arrangement of the well-known song, adding an element of dramatic flair to the line "in this sweet madness/glory and sadness" that wasn't present in the original song.

#3: Javier nearly resurrected the King of Pop when he performed Michael Jackson's "Man in the Mirror" on last night's show with coach, Adam Levine. Let's just say the performance was a "Thriller"!

#4 Javier nearly brought the judges to tears with his duet with famed Fleetwood Mac lead singer Stevie Nicks. Adam admitted as much, saying "I told Stevie Nicks I wasn't going to cry on national television, so I'm not going to cry. That's the coolest thing you've ever done, other than have kids probably, and get married. I'm pretty speechless,” gushed the Maroon 5 frontman. “You just sang with Stevie Nicks and that's one of the most beautiful duets I've ever heard in my life... Good luck, man, and you deserve to win this competition." We couldn;’t agree more Mr. Levine!

#5 Javier, who admitted that it was tough on him as a father to commit so much time to a show that took him away from his familial duties, said following his dream to become a musician effected his children. "They know that daddy's singing," he said in the intro before his final performance. "They might not know why, but they will. They will. I'm doing this for them. Before 'The Voice' my future in music was looking grim. There's nothing that I've ever wanted more than to win this competition." Well niños, this is why daddy has been away and we have a feeling life is about to change drastically for the Colon family!
