Adios, 'True Blood'! Show Ends Its 6-Year Run

True Blood fans, are you wiping away the tears?

The HBO series filled with vampires, werewolves, shape-shifters, witches, and fairies ended its six-year run on Sunday, August 24. The show premiered its first episode in September 2008 and quickly became a real crowd-pleaser. Throughout True Blood's run, we got to see some of our favorite Latinos, including Kevin Alejandro, land as a series regular on the hit show.

(SPOILER ALERT: If  you haven't watched, don't keep reading!)

The series finale began with Bill's (played by Stephen Moyer) decision to choose true death in order to give Sookie (played by Anna Paquin) a normal life with children. Eric (played by Alexander Skarsgard) released Sarah Newlin (played by Anna Camp) after feeding her some of Pam's (played by Kristin Bauer Van Straten) blood.

Fast forward a bit, True Blood gives its fans a bit of insight into the future. Eric and Pam become extremely successful selling New Blood. A pregnant Sookie is seen cooking Thanksgiving dinner, while Sam Merlotte (played by Sam Trammell) arrives with his daughter and a new baby, and Jason and Bridgette (played by Ashley Hinshaw) arrive with their three children.
