When True Blood’s second season came to an end last August, we almost cried. The idea of waiting nine months for the continuation of one of TV’s most epic romances—that of Bill (Stephen Moyer) and Sookie (Ana Paquin) really, sucked! (Pun intended). But rest assured fellow fang-lovers: True Blood is back in June! In the new season, we’ll be introduced to a host of new characters—including a pack of werewolves, Sookie’s fairy godmother, and the Vampire King of Mississipi (played by brilliant character actor, Denis O’Hare). More importantly, Mexican actor Kevin Alejandro(Southland) joins the cast in the recurring role of Lafayette’s (Nelsan Ellis) love interest, Jesus Velasquez—a good-natured orderly hired to care for Lafayette’s mother (Alfre Woodard). Rumor has it, Jesus isn’t human! But then, who is in Bon Temps?

You can take the guidette out of the Jersey Shore, but you can’t take the Jersey Shore out of guidettes! Although the show filmed its second season in Miami Beach (and not on location at the Jersey Shore), we’re sure MTV’s most popular reality series—which stars Latinas Jenni "JWOWW" Farley and Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi—is going to be punch-you-in-the-face hilarious!
Sunday, June 27 at 10:30 p.m. (HBO)
The seventh season of Entourage will feature multiple cameos by John Stamos, Eminem, Mike Tyson, Bob Saget, and Ron Artest, among others. But we’re tuning in to support our girl Dania Ramirez (Heroes). The beautiful Dominican actress (and former Latina covergirl) is set to recur on Entourage this season as a new love interest to Jerry Ferrara’s character, Turtle, who was dumped by Jamie-Lynn Sigler in last year’s finale.

Although we appreciate good costuming as much as anyone else (the vintage clothing is spot-on!), we don’t know why there’s so much fuss about Mad Men. What we do know a thing or two about sexy men, and John Hamm—who stars in the series as Don Draper—is reason enough for us to tune in!
The Good Guys
Monday June 7th at 9 p.m. (FOX)
In The Good Guys, a new comedy about an old-school cop named Dan (Bradely Whitford) and a modern day detective named Jack (Colin Hanks), Diana Maria Riva stars as Lieutenant Ana Ruiz, Jack and Dan's boss.
Monday, August 16th on (Showtime)
In last season’s finale, Shane Botwin (Alexander Gould) killed Pilar (Kate del Castillo) by hitting her over the head with a club. The sixth season—premiering on August 16th—will pick up in the aftermath of that clubbing. We’re betting that there are going to be some serious repercussions for Pilar’s ex-boyfriend, Esteban Reyes (Mexican actor Demian Bichir)!
Monday June 28th at 9 p.m. (ABC Family)
Cuban actress Gina Torres is going to be Huge this summer! She’ll play the starring role of Dr. Dorothy Rand, a counselor at a weight-loss camp that helps overweight teenagers keep it together.
Sunday June 20th at 10 p.m. (ABC)
The Gates is Desperate Housewives meets Buffy the Vampire Slayer. This new series is about a private mountain community of wealthy suburbans who are hiding a dark secret: they’re vampires! Mexican actress Marisol Nichols (Vegas Vacation) stars as the show’s female lead, Sarah Monahan.
The Secret Life of the American Teenager
Monday June 7th at 8 p.m. (ABC Family)
Last spring, The Secret Life of the American Teenager ended with a huge cliffhanger: Adrian (Francia Raisa) slept with Ben (Ken Baumann) after finding out that Ricky (Daren Kagasoff) and Amy (Shelaine Woodley) kissed. And that’s not all: In the final scene of the season, it was revealed that Adrian might be preggers! We’ll find out if she is knocked up when season 3 of Secret Life premieres on June 7th.
Sunday, June 27th at 10 p.m. (HBO)
The third show on HBO’s must-see Sunday night lineup is Hung—the story of a Detroit-based history teacher who moonlights as a male escort. If you haven’t been watching this series—which kicks off its second season on June 27th—you’re really missing out! It features a wonderfully relatable performance by Thomas Jane; a loveable turn by Jane Adams as suburban pimp, Tanya, and a scene-stealing performance by Rebecca Creskoff as a smart-ass vixen. We’ll be watching for all of those reasons; but also to support Boricua actress, Alana Ubach, who plays Ray’s sexy neighbor, Yael Koontz. (“I scretch your back, you scretch mine”). She’s a hoot!
