Polizzi started Monday’s show with a samba, which earned rave reviews from the judges and a score of 27. She swapped out her costume for ghoulish zombie attire for a group rendition of “Spooky BomBom", which also earned a 27.
The reality TV star, however, is still searching for positives in the situation, “I’m just happy that I made new friends that hopefully we’ll have this bond forever doing this experience,” she said. “Maybe [partnter] Sasha [Farber] can come over and still teach me some moves.”
Her elimination follows the shocking boot of cubana Christina Milian last week. Milian received the highest score from the judges, but failed to earn enough votes to stay. We caught up with Milian following her departure, and she said, “People take votes for granted. Votes are needed. I needed to campaign a little more.”
We’re sad to see the two Latinas go home!
