The sixth season of Showtime’s hit show Dexter premieres October 2 at 9 p.m. ET/PT – and while it's still a month away, we can’t wait! Which is exactly why we were excited to get our hands on a sneak peek of the guest stars on the show, featuring some of our favorite Latino actors.
Expect Mexican American legendary actor Edward James Olmos to star as a religion professor named Professor Gellar. One of our favorite actresses, Aimee Garcia, has a role in the new season as well; the part-Mexican, part Puerto-Rican actress plays the nanny of Dexter Morgan’s (Michael C. Hall) son. Earlier this summer, Garcia spoke to Latina.com exclusively about her new character, which she described as “cool, sassy, sexy, and smart.” “Also, she’s very comfortable in a bikini,” Garcia concluded. “The first time you see her, she’s in a bikini.”
