Our heartfelt congrats go out to Selena Gomez and her Wizards of Waverly Place costars who recently nabbed the award for Outstanding Children's Program at the 2009 Primetime Creative Arts Emmys! Gomez beat out fellow teen queens Miley Cyrus and Miranda Cosgrove for the award and was elated to be given the honor. Check out her adorable reaction below:
