Scotty McCreery Brings his Abuelita to 'American Idol'

On last night's episode of American Idol, each of the remaining five contestants got to sing two songs – one contemporary song and one classic – and as usual Puerto Rican contestant Scotty McCreery wowed the judges with his covers of Montgomery Gentry's "Gone" and Elvis' "Always On My Mind," (check out the video for the Elvis performance below).

But what we really loved seeing last night was that Scotty's Puerto Rican abuelita was in the audience for the first time this season watching her grandson do his thing on stage! And while the most beautiful woman in the world, Jennifer Lopez was looking fabulous as usual last night, sporting a flower in her hair and diamond-encrusted heels by Brian Atwood, if you ask us Abuelita McCreery, who was also dressed to the nines, was the best dressed Boricua on Idol last night!
