Let's Hear It for Sara Ramirez Tonight on Grey's Anatomy!

Cheers for Sara Ramirez! Latina's March Cover Girl gave a phenominal performance tonight during Grey's Anatomy's highly anticipated musical episode, belting out one amazing song after another.

The Tony-winning actress kicked things off with a somber performance of Snow Patrol's "Chasing Cars," then wowed us with a heartfelt performance of The Fray's "How to Save a Life," before bringing down the house with an unforgettable, tour-de-force performance of Brandi Carlile's "The Story."

We wont tell you the answer to the question we asked our readers earlier this week, but we will tell you this: if you loved Sara's renditions of these hit songs as much as we did, you can get them now on ITunes

And by the way, here's what some of our readers had to say about Sara's performance tonight on Latina's Facebook page!

Mina Val: "I'm crying and clapping all at the same time!"

Jennifer Gonzalez: "From the moment she opened her mouth I had goosebumps. What an amazing show tonight."

Karen Rodriguez: "AMAZING!!"

Ludmila Lopez: "Yes...she's great. She can't die!!!"

Minnie Barbosa: "I'm really enjoying the singing and Sara's voice is great. I heard she is coming out with a CD!"
