Is someone out there listening to our prayers? A new rumor has surfaced that Penélope Cruz and Javier Bardem are going to get married this year, and we're hoping it's true! The couple, who have been discreetly dating since last year, are being encouraged to walk down the aisle by Javier's mother, Pilar. A source told the National Enquirer: "Pilar took her son aside and told him, 'What's the matter with you? She's perfect! You love her, she loves you. Get married.'"

A very pregnant Angelina Jolie made a rare red carpet appearance last night, on the arm of her close friend Marianne Pearl, whom she played in the film A Mighty Heart. The pair stepped out for an event benefitting Vital Voices, a non-profit organization training women in 150 countries for leadership.
