Move over Victoria Justice—there’s another young Latina making a name for herself at Nickelodeon!
Nathalia Ramos is the new star of Nickeldeon’s hit, House of Anubis. The live-action show is an adventure series that follows eight students who are trying to solve a hidden mystery at an English boarding school while confronting the challenges that come along with being a teenager.
In the series, which is equal parts mystery and comedy, Ramos plays Nina Martin, the only American living at Anubis House. This is Ramos' first lead role on a television series.
The 18-year-old star (who was born in Madrid, Spain to a Spanish father and Australian Jewish mother) is perhaps best known for playing the character Yasmin in Bratz: The Movie (2007), and for her guest appearance as a teen supermodel on the hit Nickelodeon series, True Jackson VP. Currently, she's shooting a film based on the Tristan Loraine book, Shadows from the Sky.
New episodes of House of Anubis air this week at 7 p.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon.
