On tonight’s episode of MTV Tr3s’ Rock Dinner, Mexican actress Dulce María will surprise Alvaro, one of her biggest fans, at his planned dinner for her. The 25-year-old telenovela star looked shocked when Alvaro confessed that he broke up with his girlfriend for Dulce. Curious to know why? The episode airs tonight at 7 p.m. ET.
