William Levy may have been in the bottom three in last week’s Dancing With the Stars elimination episode, but the telenovela actor’s swift tango moves saved him from getting cut on Tuesday night. The Cuban heartthrob hit the dance floor with Cheryl Burke despite his hurt ankle on Monday night – and his bravery paid off.
The couple’s blazing routine to The Pussycat Dolls’ “Buttons” left us staring at the television screen in a trance. Apparently we weren’t the only ones drooling. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba shouted, “You are so convincing! All I could think about was the Latin dancing James Bond.” Latin James Bond? We’ll take it.
Latin week was officially wrapped with help from mega pop star Selena Gomez and the legendary Sheila E. We loved Gomez's tutu-inspired dress as she sang her new single, "Hit The Lights." We have to say, Sheila E. stole the show with her cover of Celia Cruz's "Quimbara." The tribute was the best live musical performance we have seen on DWTS to date!
While Gavin Degraw wasn’t as lucky and bid farewell to the dance floor, Levy thanked his fans on Twitter for all the support, “I have no words to tell you how much I appreciate all the love and support you all have given me … Feels awesome!!! Love u all!!!” We love you right back Levy!
Were you satisfied with the DWTS results?
