ABC’s Dancing with the Stars has just announced their cast for season 16 and we’re thrilled that Mexican-American boxer Victor Ortiz will be competing for the show's coveted mirror-ball trophy!

Premiering on Monday, March 18th at 8 p.m. EST, Ortiz will be hitting the dance floor with pro partner Lindsay Arnold, who is making her debut this season after training with fellow dance pro Mark Ballas and appearing on FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance?

Season 16 of DWTS will also feature music legend Wynonna Judd, comedian and actor D.L. Hughley, Baltimore Ravens player Jacoby Jones, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump, comedian Andy Dick, Disney teen starlet Zendaya Coleman, Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman, actor Ingo Rademacher, former American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler and figure skating great Dorothy Hamill.

There's no doubt about it: the competition is fierce! But we're hoping that Ortiz will join J.R. Martinez and some of the other Latinos who have taken home the Dancing with the Stars trophy. Go get 'em, Victor!
