Christina Aguilera Reclaims Seat on 'The Voice,' Shakira to Leave

Sorry Shakira fans! It looks like the Colombian pop star’s time on The Voice’s hot seat is up - for now. Host Carson Daly confirmed to Us Weekly that Christina Aguilera would be returning to her post for season 5.

The “Beautiful” singer is reportedly earning $12.5 million for the hit NBC Show. While Aguilera gets back to work after taking time off to promote her album, Lotus, Shakira plans to focus on her new music and motherhood. She welcomed her first son, Milian, back in January.
