Vocal powerhouse Christina Aguilera and the boys of The Voice have all signed on to do a third season of the NBC talent show. Even though season two is only three episodes in, fans of the show (and there are many fans) are not surprised the hit is being renewed. The season premiere, which followed the Super Bowl, was the highest rated entertainment show in six years, and it is currently averaging the top ratings on television.
With great success comes even larger paychecks for the show’s judges. Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton all signed contracts worth $6 million, while part-Ecuadorian songstress Aguilera beats them all boasting a whopping $10 million for season 3, according to MTV.com. Now all that NBC has to do is find the perfect timeslot to slide The Voice into come fall!
