4. Try hot yoga for a good sweat. The twins are both huge fans of yoga. “We LOVE hot yoga,” they told us. “When we work out, we want to sweat. Hot yoga is not only amazing for your body AND you get the best sweat on of your life, but mentally it also releases your stress.” 

5. Remember to it’s all about balance. When they’re training, the girls have a strict diet of toast in the morning and then veggies with grilled fish or chicken. But they believe in balance, too. “Don’t get us wrong, we do enjoy a steak once in a while,” Nikki said. Dessert isn’t out of the question, either--just as long as they’re not overindulging all the time.
