2. Drink LOTS of water all day. In the summer, the twins drink a gallon of water a day. “Women forget that water is our best friend,” Nikki tells us. Why is that? It eliminates cellulite, cravings and keeps your skin looking good. Their advice? Power walk and drink water. “You will be SHOCKED how you’ll look in 2 months.”

3. Exercise to feel good on the inside. When we asked what their biggest motivator is for working out, the girls told us that they love waking up in the morning and feeling good--and working out is key. Plus, with issues like diabetes affecting the Latino community, Bri told us “it’s not so much about your physical appearance as it is what’s on the inside.”
