Like one happily dysfunctional family, American Idol’s host and judges appeared on Larry King Live Monday night to promote this week’s special charity episode, Idol Gives Back. Ryan Seacrest, Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell took questions from the quirky CNN host and offered a totally honest prediction of each contestant’s fate on the show. Who came out on top? Our boy David Archuleta, of course! “He’s the one to beat, Larry. He really is,” said Cowell.

According to Hugo Chavez, Bart Simpson is not suitable for children. The Venezuelan president has banned The Simpsons from the airwaves for being too risqué for little ones, claiming that the show is in danger of breaking the country's Law of Responsibility in Radio and Television.

Spice Girl Geri Halliwell debuted her hot new romance during the Idol Gives Back show this past weekend-by bringing along boyfriend Ivan "FlipZ" Velez.

FlipZ, a Puerto Rican dancer/actor from New York, has appeared in several dozen movies, including a prominent role opposite Jessica Alba in Honey.

Now that her fellow Spice Girls have settled down into marriage and motherhood, we're thrilled that Geri has found herself a man of her own. Of course, the fact that he's a smoking hot Latino isn't too shabby, either.
