POLL: Would You Watch a Romantic Comedy Starring Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez?

New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez is about to become a pitcher — but it’s not what you think.

Rumor has it, A-Rod and his girlfriend Cameron Diaz, are in the process of developing a new movie and are planning to pitch the idea to a studio. “Cameron actually has an idea for a romantic comedy set around Major League Baseball,” says a source close to the actress.

“She’s very excited about developing her own projects and the fact this one is about a baseball player means she has good reason to spend more time with A-Rod and the Yankees. She’s even thinking that Alex could star in the movie with her," adds the source. 

We're not surprised that Diaz wants to make a rom-com of her own. After all, she was once the queen of romantic comedies, starring in hits like My Best Friend's Wedding, and There's Something About Mary.
