Mariah Carey hit the stage for the first time since having twins Moroccan and Monroe. The part-Venezuelan songstress graced the stage in a classic black strapless gown at Gotham Hall in New York City for the Caesar's Entertainment "Escape to Total Rewards" on Thursday night. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Carey performed several hit tracks including, “Shake It Off,” “Touch My Body,” and “We Belong Together.”

Before belting out her hit singles, Carey proudly announced, "It's my first performance since having dem babies!" The “Always Be My Baby” singer also shouted-out her husband Nick Cannon, who suffered from kidney failure and other serious health complications a few months ago. The “America’s Got Talent” host stepped down from his national hit radio show and has made his health first priority.
