Demi Lovato sang the national anthem last night at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington – and killed it! At Game 5 of the 2011 World Series, the part-Mexican singer/actress sang her heart out.
Lovato sported bold red lipstick and a red Texas t-shirt – a fitting outfit because of the star’s Texas upbringing. The game was between the St. Louis Cardinals and Texas Rangers.
The 19-year-old star isn't the only Latino celeb to be invited to sing the National Anthem during the World Series. Last Wednesday, part-Puerto Rican American Idol alum Scotty McCreery sang during Game 1, when he experienced a small mic mishap.
