VOTE: Who Is The Best New Latin Artist of the Year?

The Billboard Latin Music Awards are this Thursday, April 28th and we wanted to know what you think about some of the upcoming honorees. We're starting with the nominees for Best New Latin Artist of the Year. Clockwise from top left, they include Banda Los Recoditos, Chino Y Nacho, Prince Royce, and Voz de Mando.  Personally, we're a little bit confused as to why some of these nominees are considered "new", (Banda Los Recoditos have been around since 1989!) but we'll go with the flow.
