Madison Square Garden was filled with love struck Romeo Santos fans for his final sold-out performance in New York City on Friday night. The energy was electrifying, as the heartthrob bachatero got on-stage to perform his first song of the night, "Soy Feliz." Thankfully, the romantic track was simply the prelude to hours of bachata hits including Aventura classics like "Por un Segundo" and "Obsesión."
Overall the concert was every bachata (and Romeo Santos) lover's fantasy, but what really made the night was the Dominican and Puerto Rican singer's Michael Jackson tribute - complete with pelvic thrusts (seriously) and a silver sequin glove. He playfully joked with the audience and said, "I don't know. I just always wanted to do that."
The King of Bachata especially surprised fans when P. Diddy came on stage and requested Santos to sing "Mi Corazoncito." The hip-hop mogul tried to make his two-step into a friendly bachata dance and we'll give him props for the effort!
